Yes I think you are right. Normaly the boarderlines of the game work fine for me but some monsters hanging around outside of boundaries are a little bit frustrating... :( The most impressive example is near the cave on the map of Kaer Morhen, where I found the scheme of the Witcher sword...

There are two giants in BaW of course: The giant Golyat you meet by entering Toussaint and the cloud giant. But the last one one you can meet only if you choose the way of the "Beyond hill and dale" quest. By the way: How can I use the spoiler function in the new surface?!
