If you progress further in her story you'll get a tent with no randoms in it, but as the game is right now its just a stash chest which is pretty useless, no usable bed or anything.

The Javelina is the only one I've bought so far and I really love it, its just a little hard to see out of in first person lol. I also like Claire's car since it doesn't really spin out of control, runs over everything else on the road, and I like the decor.
