I bit the bullet and restarted the game... Real shame but it seemed to be the only way. This time the quest played out as it should. Can't help but feel the experience has been tainted by this bug. Hope you guys manage to figure it out or that it gets fixed in the next patch.

If you're using the "cyberconsole" mod, there should be a text file with all the supported console commands attached. In that file are a bunch of commands pertaining to quests, however, I have had no luck in getting them to work personally. I've tried typing them together with the quest ID...

Anyone had any luck with the console mod or cheat engine to try to resolve this? Any progress at all to speak of?

Really hope this bug gets fixed soon. I'm stuck doing side quests until I can resolve this somehow.

Have the same issue. This is really fun considering I have 30 hours in the game and absolutely no way to progress in the main quest. Mr Hands just never accepts the call. This is seriously pissing me off.
