I'm pretty sure this is it - The second time around, I didn't initiate any calls and I didn't get the bug. Hope you're able to progess soon!

I ended up biting the bullet and going back to a save before the bug occured. I lost 9 hours of side quests and gigs, but I re-did all of the ones I'd completed. I'm back to where I was but I've got past The Pickup, finally. This isn't ideal, of course, but I doubt another patch will be out soon.

I was thinking about my time playing various Bethesda games back at launch and how I hadn't had any major quest bugs. Then I remembered I definitely did, but I was able to force the game through it with console commands. It would be really handy...

I can confirm that today's patch (1.04) has not fixed this issue, unfortunately. I was really hoping they'd do something quickly for this early game breaking bug... Oh well, another wait. EDIT: All Foods is marked in my screenshot here.

Just throwing my hat into the ring to say I also have this issue - No quest marker, no Jackie at All Foods, calling him results in the looping phone bug. I'm hoping this can be patched as I've played several hours and done a number of side quests and gigs since I started that quest, and I don't...
