Chernobog rune is a confirmed UI bug, one of the REDs said they would fix it within on of the next patches.. You should get the effect (3% damage reflect or something like this) though, it's only not displayed. And concerning the mutagens, no problems there for me^^

The only of these mentioned bugs was the one where I couldn't call roach, everything else is fine.. For me, performance increases with every patch AND it looks much better now than a week ago :)
