depends on what you want to do. if you want to change textures and make pretty stuff, you need some art talent. if you want to modify stuff like character stats, it's not that hard. just look around on the nexus for tutorials and you'll manage in no time

according to the wiki, the witchers from the viper school used a unique dual sword combo. (This is actually fitting, because vipers have 2 Fangs to catch their prey) Read here: http://witcher.wikia.com/wiki/Viper_School Being able to use dual swords would mean to change A LOT of game animations...
