Version 1.11 and still happening

I had only one bear there (I looked around that island) and hidden treasure didn't complete when opened the chest. But reloaded last quicksave (already taken key, but bears untouched) and then both bears were there and after killing both and opening the chest it completed.

I had this bug multiple times. After patch 1.07 it is still happening. Please, fix this.
