Is there any way to disable weather effects?
Is there any way to disable weather effects? Love the game and I am on my second play through. However, My PC isn't really high end, and Weather effects + Novigrad kills my FPS. Also, are there any general tweaks to improve performance in Novigrad?- Allekbeth
