I couldn't interact with Blueboy Lugos during the Kings gambit quest, when he has a yellow exclamation mark above his head. Had to just give up in the end.

The 50-60 hours is of course an educated guess as the play time counter is broken! It says I've played for 11 days and 13 hours which I most definitely haven't.

Same here, like you say it's not a game breaker, but is pretty annoying. Especially on this next generation powerful console! It's like a step back in time.

I'd agree with this, when 1 & 2 came out there wasn't the amount of downloadable content there is now, they will be too busy with this to release an improved version of 3.

I'd put money on not at all. All other games I've played with broken fps have never been fixed. It's probably something that can't be fixed with patches.

I've always liked to look at how many hours I've spent playing, but this bug has taught me it doesn't matter at all. Just play the game and enjoy it.

If they feel the need to downgrade graphics to make the game run better they should at least tell us, or make it optional via a patch you can choose to download. Surely they can't sell you a product and then make it worse than it was when you purchased it?! ---------- Updated at 06:34 PM...
