yeah my launch doesn't work either just get a box with a ? in it then it just does nothing stating connection refused, i'm currently manually downloading the EE files it's the only way I can do it :(

a import W1 save shouldn't do anything for the prologue you should have still seen that scene so i dunno how you missed it.

that's not new it's always been there not sure how you have missed it before unless you skipped the prologue,

I use a PS3 controller on My PC with the Witcher 2 as well as other games that work better with it you need to download and install motioninjoy then run it before starting a game and select the XBOX 360 controller option it will fool games in to thinking a 360 controller is being used instead.

no i'm not saying your lying i apologise if it came across that way, all i'm saying is if it was there from the start and the patches up to 1.2 it never effected the majority of people including myself, with the 1.3 patch it now does effect the majority including myself so something has changed...

I have had the game since day one ( retail release) and as i said in the previous posts as well as comments before the forums were up i never had the issue before the 1.3 patch and as far as i know this issue hasn't come up by anyone else before then either, i even manually patched back to 1.2...

this has been an issue ever since the 3.5 patch was released and CDPR were told about it and have done nothing to fix it in the hotfix instead they blame some lack of System memory rubbish to be the casue, when i told them it wasn't there during the previous patches and i have more than enough...
