Hi, I have similar problem with 0xc0000142 error with steam version. I've tried all the possible fixes in the OP, but unfortunately it didnt helped: i dont have kav, adobe extended, virtu or any toolbar. Also i did diagnostic startup, but error still appeared, so i guess this is not related to...
