We're all getting the same game despite of the different platforms; there is no pre-order dlc nonsense and definitely no exclusive dlc bought by Microsoft or Sony. I have exactly the same problem. I installed the EE patch multiple times without problems now, deinstalled and reinstalled .Net Framework 4.0, but the game won't launch. The wolf medallion stays without anything loading and if I run the witcher2.exe in the bin directory nothing happens either...
