(xbox360)looting window bug? My looting window will not pop up.Have played the whole game and hasn't work once.Anybody else have this problem?

picking up loot It's like the second tutorial of the game and reads. Hint:Approach containers to bring up a window displaying the four most valuable items inside.But this doesn't work for me,no window,nothing.Why not?
