Same problem on Xbox version. Oil release Wheel at 90 degrees so cannot access it. The game was bought from new and I've followed iorveths path. Geralt also has no swords, only signs but I'm assuming this is normal? So I have to avoid combat or I'm dead. Grateful for any ideas
