Wild Rose Dethorned Achievement bug

Doesn't work. I've tried to unlock it 3 times already. Started a new game, looted everything, didn't loot a thing. Meditated, didn't fast travel. Doesn't matter. It's bugged.

Marcus T. K. Hodgson, the book store owner and trader has gone missing!

I have the same problem. The HoS Avid Collector quest is bugged.
