I used Gold upgraded Igni sign on everything + swallow and Tawny owl to regenerate endurance. It felt a little like cheating using Igni spam like that. Oh well. ::)

No, just drink the potion and thats it. You immediately get the skill. You dont have to meditate again to put a point into them.

I have yet to get to level III in a sign yet. I assume that once I do, there will be another marker added to the bar? What if I have enough endurance to cast level III BUT I do not have the powered up talent for that level? Will it cast the level 2 powered up?
