Kaer Morhen Exterior set file ? In what folder is the Kaer morhen exterior ? I looked in \Data\Meshes\Locations there are only interior files

Asking a question about performance of the game in my PC

Can someone tell me if there is any way i can improve my fps?i mean my fps ingame is really low ,is there any program like the Oldblivion for TEH4-oblivion or some mod that removes the shaders/light efects etc so that it may work better on my pc ? if you have any information please share it with...
