    Automatic Sword Sheathing Suggestion...

indeed. LOL. why not go Vista 64?Right, so why isn't EE 64-bit compliant? makes no sense.

[SOLVED with a MOD] Walking in OTS

margreti, you're correct. There are numerous ways to walk in non-OTS mode.the problem is so many of us play OTS mode. I've never seen something as simply as allowing "walk" in all modes go unpatched for so long. The devs must love tears.

    Automatic Sword Sheathing Suggestion...

OP, agreed! Thaler, I've installed it on two machines: XP and Vista64sp1I get frequent CTD's in Vista64sp1 (every 50-60 minutes, save or no save).XP runs fine. So despite the lesser graphics card, I'm playing on XP. /sadfaseEE, mind you.

    Might be getting the game...

I tried [Shift +], [Alt +], and [Ctrl +] in OTS mode and none autolooted. I have EE. I tried it after reading your post.Is it a config/options toggle? Is it a mod?p.s. I'll cease all personal attacks and double-posts from here on out. I swear. p.p.s I

    Might be getting the game...

I found your post(s) very rude. Where do we go from here?I'll try...Why can't we compare the UI's of two fantasy roleplaying games? regardless of scope. That's all the seperates an MMO from a nonMMO... scope.A water-balloon is not a hand grenade. Far too great a difference in scope. But we can...

    Might be getting the game...

"And I'm only comparing the User-Interface, mind you."reading is fundamental. I plan on spending far more than 50 hours playing The Witcher, despite what I consider a clunky User-Interface without even so much as a simple config file to hack (away) everything I hate about The Witcher... e.g. the...

    Might be getting the game...

you're going to have to forgive The Witcher for being far less user-friendly than WOW. And I'm only comparing the User-Interface, mind you.I went straight from WOW to The Witcher, and while the game is amazing, its Interface is dreadful compared to WOW. 1. you can't rebind certain keys, even...

What are your opinions on the Enhanced Edition of The Witcher

Im new and just bought EE because of the hype EE was getting. Note: I would've NEVER bought The Witcher otherwise. Maybe do to the fact that I hate CRPGs without character creation; most call these Adventure Games. Im enjoying it.Pros: Amazing graphics, Fast Load Times (EE), Good storyline...

[SOLVED with a MOD] Walking in OTS

ah but Serding, we can learn to play with locked button presets. likewise, we can learn to "not jump" during combat. we cannot walk in the game's 3D camera-mode. it's a far bigger problem, IMHO.

[SOLVED with a MOD] Walking in OTS

hehe, I can't tell if people here are taking the obvious joke-troll serious or are merely playing along. bravo fake-joke-troll. but seriously, I don't need to post my entire CRPG-résumé to explain what's so disturbing about the No-Walk feature: The devs, in over a year, haven't publicly...

    Is there a No-HeadBob mod?

yes, headbob is a camera-effect to simulate real-life camera-shake. the entire camera-frame bounces up and down slightly while moving.this is known as headbob. It dates all the back to Quake, where mods were created to add headbob (original Quake had no headbob).many games let you toggle it off...

[SOLVED with a MOD] Walking in OTS

why haven't the DEVs commented on the "Walk Toggle" officially? Me? I just bought EE, for one reason: to support such an awesome company that would reboot their game for free (previous owners) and EE for new players like myself. I bought EE thinking it was to be the perfect Witcher experience...
