It does not look like you are registered as you do not have the "Game Owner" graphic next to your avatar, like I have. You will need to provide that information by registering the actual game online, not just registering for a forum account.

I have had to restart after encountering a problem, again, when finishing Act I (I make my choice of what I am to do and the game crashes) after that none of the 5 saves work so I delete them and try again from the start :( Does your method fix this also? If not can you explain how you fix this...

Similar here, I am assuming its the part after the cave and you meet the priest and his crew? I make my decision (dont know the spoiler tag sorry) and tell him that he is a bad person ... then it crashes :(
