Well this is frustrating. I've gone back to an earlier save twice and have redone the quest, but continue to end up with the same result. Has no one else had this problem with the Armor quest, or did I get a special bug exclusive to my gameplay?

That was my thought as well Game Widow (or my fear as the case may be) unfortunately, I don't have any not too old saved games, so I guess I need to "re-quest". Oh well, nothing like the company of a fine witcher even if we're doing the same old thing over again. :D

After you loot all the stuff in there, yes, it appears you can use the fireplace in there to meditate. I left Geralt in there about 48 hours ago, he won't come back out because he's knows Alvin is waiting.. :D
