Still getting hard lock ups requiring a PC reset after patch.

I have tried everything short of a reinstall of windows which I am not going to do, im getting far too many crashes that result in a hard lock up requiring the PC to be manually reset. I have come to the conclusion that this is not my gear but the game. Fix this plz
