updated to win 10 from 8.1 to get DX 12 but didnt actually fix lol, same exact crash on startup but like couple extra seconds before it crashes.

persistent crash when trying to launch game.(steam) gtx 1060, win 8 worked on everything for plenty hours, reinstalled fresh drivers, tested on clean boot setup, reinst. all ms c++, nothing helps
