While I can't answer the question, I can confirm the same issue exists for me as well (down in Oregon here), however in my library it actually lists 17 hours, not 14.

Save Import Choices

I'm in a similar situation myself, what I'm wondering is whether I should bother with doing 'perfect' playthroughs before release, since I'm not sure what state my save files are in.
