Are CDPR staffs overworking by making and maintaining Witcher 3?

Entirely agree with this post! I live in Australia and we used to have game studio, but it shutdown due to poor staff handling, low pay, force overwork, discrimination against workers... and so on.

Are CDPR staffs overworking by making and maintaining Witcher 3?

Are CDPR staffs overworking by making and maintaining Witcher 3? I've been thinking lately, Witcher 3 is a huge bigger than GTA 5 and Skyrim and not to mention the staff numbers are less than Bethesda. When the game was released, the amount of bugs I encountered was surprisingly minimal for the...

[No Spoilers] ITS 1AM GMT+10 AND I JUST FINISH WITCHER 3! One question lingers... Probably not going to get a true answers, but after finishing the game. I really want another Witcher game focus on Ciri. Either her history or future, I understand that CDPR is trying to keep true to the book but...

    Fighting in the water

Bumping this thread, I remember while I was hunting for Cat school gear, a note mentioned about Fugu-fish potion can force drowners to go into a coma. Anyone found this note and found a way to get this potion? Or it doesn't exist.

My action from Witcher 2 doesn't matter in Witcher 3? Mass Effect 3 all over again.

I think all of the budget and focus shift to Open World aspect of TW3, which is great I love it and all. But a lot of things went missing especially in character development.

My action from Witcher 2 doesn't matter in Witcher 3? Mass Effect 3 all over again.

So the fact that in Witcher 2, Geralt said to Triss that 'If there's a chance of saving her (Saskia) again, he will' or something along that line. Was just a lie? This have so much tease...

My action from Witcher 2 doesn't matter in Witcher 3? Mass Effect 3 all over again.

I wanted to meet characters from TW2 Iorveth, Saskia, Ves, Roach so on... TW3 have very limited quest dedicated toward those characters. So far, I don't see any of my decisions in TW2 matter in TW3...

My action from Witcher 2 doesn't matter in Witcher 3? Mass Effect 3 all over again.

My action from Witcher 2 doesn't matter in Witcher 3? Mass Effect 3 all over again. Is it me or TW3 story is much more linear than TW2? I understand that the objective is to find Ciri, but there seem to only be ONE WAY to Ciri. Unlike TW2, Geralt wanted to regain his memory by doing different...
