Does Eredin really that bad? [Spoilers]

Eredin wanted her to concieve a child, likely with himself though it is hard to tell when the white frost would actually appear so it is likely that he wanted her to open a portal as well. I also believe that Avallac'h will be the villain in the next game. He will also likely be the new king of...

[Major Spoilers] Why I believe relationship centered content to be central to improving the Witcher 3

Regarding Eredin and the wild hunt: In the books characters sometimes had dreams of ongoing events. Geralt simply having a dream of a conversation between the wild hunt generals would be pretty interesting. Another way could be Avallac'h telling some of his history with the members of the hunt...

[SPOILER] The "bittersweet" ending might be totally misunderstood! (Witcher 4 speculation)

His nickname is "The Fox" after all. Also when he was talking about the event of him holding her prisoner he said "It was her destiny", not really much sense of regret there.

[SPOILER] The "bittersweet" ending might be totally misunderstood! (Witcher 4 speculation)

@Willowhugger You have not considered Avallac'h as a villain? They have set-up him up perfectly for a betrayal. He will probably be the new king of the Aen Elle as well.

Why the main narrative in the last third of the game is a bad hot mess [major spoilers!!!]

No one has considered the possibility of Ciri and Avallac'h rigging it? It would've given Ciri the possibility of faking her death or at least having focus lost from her potential child. This would mean that the ending decision for her was based on her thoughts of returning to Geralt.
