It's basically "important" iconic weapons (Lex's gun, Jackie's gun, Judy's shotgun, Mitch's sniper, Skippy, etc) and the craftable ones (some iconic weapons have a blueprint). No need for them to be legendary.

Quick save can be done with F5

Completed it by knocking out the target and leaving quietly with the elevator (which is kinda bugged), Optional quest "no combat mode" done. But i got the task to carry his body outside (since he was knoked out), but once outside, "gig closed" and i still have his body on my shoulder x)

It's mostly (i think) a bug. On my current playthrough. the sniper O-five got it when i found Skippy (so, it can appear at random?), and every pieces of Johnny's clothes has it too. River's gun will have it when he gives it to you too, but it will loose the "quest" flag at the end of the...
