Will the Witcher 2 ever get a DX11 patch?

Well, they are the most common ones. There are certainly more I would consider important. http://blog.bioware.com/2011/03/03/the-technology-of-dragon-age-ii-%E2%80%93-part-2/ Even DX10 has its benefits over 9 as you can see both in the above post and here...

Will the Witcher 2 ever get a DX11 patch?

Despite the character models looking fantastic and some areas as well, TW2 is definately not the best there is on graphics. The presentation is good, but very limited. Also, considering gamer adoption of DX11 capable systems is getting fairly high, the fact that YOU might not be able to see it...

Will the Witcher 2 ever get a DX11 patch?

That's great for you, I still haven't gotten past chapter 2 (largely because of Steams horrible handling of the game, though.)

Will the Witcher 2 ever get a DX11 patch?

Well, I have plenty of DX11 games...and I prefer to spend money on them...otherwise I probably wouldn't even have BF3 or Crysis 2. Crysis 2 DX11 does have one stupid feature which TechReport helped me figure out how to disable without losing the extra features that matter, and its been smooth...

    Vista - Crashing problem

I rarely play games over.(Crackdown I've played through well over five times though, so I can't say I never play games over...)We shall see. :) I certainly haven't liked an RPG this much in ages.

Dual Cores? This may be interesting...

Uh huh. You know you could say the exact same thing about Intel dual core procs, and it'd be just as accurate.

    Vista - Crashing problem

Same with me and Vista x64. I did have some issues for a few days IIRC but they went away, and the games been rock solid the rest of the time I've owned it.I'm trying to debate if I want to finish it before the patch or not now...

    The Witcher & Defrag!!

Unless you have a really crappy defragger, that makes no sense whatsoever.

    Witcher in Vista vs. XP

It's extremely rare that it doesn't work properly.I mean, unless you can point me towards specific instances, cause the only thing I've ever heard of that had problems was some older NVIDIA drivers.

    Witcher in Vista vs. XP

I'd go with the x64. Despite what people may tell you, x64 has more benefits than just being able to use more memory.I've had a crash or two playing but not that many.

    Witcher in Vista vs. XP

I'll never run XP again myself.Just to counter something: There are definately games that run better in Vista than XP.I've never seen so much misinformation in my life as with Vista. UAC doesn't magically create problems. People not understanding UAC creates problems. Is it that hard to tell...

Huge popularity of The Witcher demo!

I was only thinking about getting the game til I got the demo. Then I had to get it :)How spiffy. Though the demo passed over some significant parts of the full game and may have confused some people. It sure did me...'Huh? I failed to save Triss? How can I fail what I never had a chance to do?'

What would you like to see in expansion or sequel

I don't doubt the sequel is going to happen, they just aren't going to talk about it for a long time. :)If you start talking about a game years before its release, then you didn't have the time or ability to implement something you kinda promised...you get Fable That's exactly why most game...

    Censorship in The Witcher

I don't disagree with censorship in general. I only disagree with the product being almost universally unavailable uncensored. There should be better ways to get uncensored games than finding the few stores that carry imports or will import to you. And I'm sure that soon enough there will be...

What would you like to see in expansion or sequel

Sequels are rarely announced within the first year after the title release. No sense hyping up a game thats nowhere near release, the features aren't finalized....hell they're probably not out of preproduction yet.Plus, it'd just take attention away from the first game if you announced the...
