Finally out of frustration, I started a new game on 1.07 (see my 2nd post on this thread). I avoided going to Skellige at all cost. I did some of the Baron stuff until i could go Norvigrad, see Tris then started Get Junior quest. Pop to the Hideout, cutscene activated with Roche and then...

I'm having same issue as well. My 2nd play through on 1.07... Didn't have this problem on my 1st run with 1.05. Replaying 2nd time to get into Gwent and I did go to Skellige to get as many gwent cards as I can. Then went back to do "Get Junior" quest. Please help fix or work around! (oh hi devs)...
