I would buy TW2 from GOG right now if...

I personaly am not Steam biggest fan. It's OK digital platform, but what i don't like about it are constant updates and the likes, that fact that when trying to play the game Steam platform is required to run (and it doesn't always run 100%).If GOG version wouldnt be available for any reason, i...

Any word on how long will the main campaign be?

Any word on how long will the main campaign be? Have devs said anything?Atleast good sign is that from the looks of it, "preview build" (prelogue + act1) took previewers to finish for 10-12 hrs. Since the game will be 3 acts (prologue + 3 acts + epilogue), quess would be that the full game will...

    Would this PC run it?

I too am a little uncertain how my Core 2 Duo (e7300) will run the game. But nothing to do other than wait and see. If i can't run TW2 on high, i'm sure medium or low will be enough.

The screenshot here doesnt do Triss justice...although i agree i found Shani better looking too. They are both beautiful. What i liked about Shani was her whole character.

Gameplay video #2 - Living world

Just WOW. Amazing detail. I know this has been all done in other games, and theres always room for nitpicking, but W2 will truly be greatest looking RPG when its released.Really hoping i can run this with mid-high settings. Only 10 days to release.

Little sad that no Shani, but i quess they didn't have place for her in this game. New game, new story and new adventure.Hoping the game will be full of colorful characters. :)

Game only works with 16:9... wait... what???

As a owner of 16:10 monitor (19 inch, native resolution 1440:900, been good for me, no need for bigger) i don't mind for little black bars (maybe they even add a little cinematic feel). It's not like they will be half the screen.

Is anyone else going to wait for the console version?

I don't mind this and future games being shared with multiple platforms. I'm 100% PC gamer, don't even have console, obviously i'm happy that Witcher 2 is optimised for PC but i belive game can both be good PC and console game. Consolization like some Dragon Age 2 elements are bad, but they can...
