No, you get it in the middle of the mission during one of the dialogs, its equiped automatically and in your inventory during mission, same as other clothes you find.

It's weird, you can keep Legendary Aldecado Jacket you get during that mission but other items not.

The problem is with 3 piecies of legendary clothing you get from a locker next to Basilisk, right before the end of last mission when you choose to do ending with Panam's help.
