The Patch that is on the GOG website at least for the English version reads 1.02+ > 1.07. I am pretty sure that means that it will patch any version of the game after 1.02.

Fools Gold bug still there after 1.07 The pigs are red but I cannot examine them. I got this quest a long time ago but I left the area because I was at a low level. I do not want to go back to an earlier save as I will lose many hours of play.
