Ok guys, I reinstalled Windows and the game which seems to have fixed it for me. Had no bugs in 30 minutes of test gaming yesterday. Nevertheless, thank you for your help and replies, "The Witcher" seems to have a good community.

Seems like I either have to keep on playing the game like I do now or have to watch my friends or "Let's Players" play it. (That would hurt my heart though)

Setting pre-rendered frames to 3 didn't help either. And neither did the E3FX Mod by the way. Forgot to respond to that.
