Dude I would advise you not to waste anymore time. You could offer all the proofs of the world and yet somehow CP2077 will come off as some sort of untouchable miracle. Doesn't help that we are in CDPR forum, but still. As you can see there are always the same 4-5 users writing the same thing...

I'd say a RTX 3090 + i9-10900K at the moment. Get at least 32 gb RAM and MSI Meg z490 with a good cooling system and don't forget to play it on a good SSD to minimize stuttering.
