Can someone explain the logic for some rented apartment units. Some show nothing on it. Others shows Eviction notice. And V's apartment shows Rent Paid. I'm sure as hell don't remember V paying her rent. and what's with shops being open, but locked, wtf. It's subtle details that matter.

Comparing the GamePlay Reveal where it shows variety in its ads. compared to in-game. The lack of variety of ads feel lazy. There is no variety in arrangements of ads, or new ads. I just want more immersion in the game world.

If they respawned a new jacket then I would have 3 in my inventory and I cannot store them as they have that exclamation mark on them and I can't free up inventory space because of it.
