Im realy disappointed that they dont even give option to turn off that "balance" mod,what change (nerf) all skills and alchemy in general.

I agree,perks are just huuge problem.On youtube is even video what show that over 30 perks dont work.

its pure insanity to release new content like dlc/mp etc. They have to focus to fix this mess,and not to release new content,what gonna bring new bugs/issues in first place.

They didnt fix just 1 importatnt thing,and that over 30 skills on skill tree simply dont work.U can spend points on skills,but they dont change nothing,nada.
