It makes more sense if you have ozrell because its 2 extra point carry over into the next round. Also sometimes 9 points may make the enemy throw another 2 cards to counter your one. I think it is balanced but you don't see it this way.

I've found images of the Tavern board on the net, I can't seem to source out images of the spring board from the rewards tree. Does anybody have both of these and recommend which one is better or should I want both?

I don't think bribery will see the light of day with any of the new cards that NG is pushing in the next patch, it's only good with assimilate and maybe insight into opponents cards strategy.
