Thanks for bringing this up. I had noticed that too with a neutral card that only affects Soldiers mmmm: Then why not make it dual colored nilfgaard and northern realms instead? I wish these small details could be fixed quickly.

Could you explain better what is this "one per deck"? These cards you list are high provision cost (above 5), meaning only one per deck is allowed already. Or is it that we could use any of this cards only in one of all the decks the we own?
