Patch didn't fix the Dum Dum issue. Most people that didn't use the workaround like me don't have a save game before texting Nancy. My next quest step would be 'Go to Totentanz'. Even after 1.06, when i enter the building, take the elevator and go to the quest marker - Dum Dum's still missing...
