With the amount of damage it does, and the few shots it can handle before reloading. It does seem like it's pre-charged.

Yeah it's another netrunner, but you can find them easily if you get the "I Spy" perk from quickhacking tree.

They usually have blueprints that let you craft them to your level. But there's one smart weapon that you can find that automatically scales to your level no matter when you use it.

Got this problem and a quick fix is just to put your crosshairs onto some other weapon and it'll go away.

Barebones RPG, has some elements but doesn't go too in-depth with it.

You haven't fought them in higher level areas, because it's impossible with a 30-40 level gap. You cannot 1 shot an enemy that's 30 levels higher no matter what kind of stealth build you have. Armor scaling is too high.

Yeah, because it should unlock those components in the crafting menu. Though you would want that instant crafting mod from nexus since crafting takes forever.

That one's an exception. But the behavior is generally similar for ones you find on the street.
