Ncpd hustles, fixer gigs and psychos will push you to 45-47 in very hard straight before facing any main or side story quest after leaving Watson. if you take care on some random gangs on the way in between you easily hit 50 without touching any yellow quest icon at all. ^^

depends on their "priority" list....

40€/$ for an expansion (no matter how packed it is) is kinda expensive… Tho im not even sure if they will promote it as DLC/Xpac or more like 2.0/Remaster… All the fuzz around it seems more the latter tbh…
