While I respect what you people are doing (I would love to actually enjoy doing this immersive stuff) it can hardly be considered role-playing. Role playing would be stuff like: "Oh, Geralt in the books isn't seen stealing from peasants, so I won't loot people's houses and camps" or, "I will...

My biggest issue is that I can't remember which merchants I've defeated already, so my quest to get the randomly awarded cards will be very hard, lol.

I was accepting the fact that you did not like the combat in this game, because it's a matter of taste (even though I completely disagree when you call it slow, horrible and clunky, which is most defeinitely not), but then you mentioned Skyrim, which had... well... nonexistent combat.

I've looted a heavy gauntlet (axeman's gauntlet I believe) but sadly I can't remember where... I'm almost sure though that a diagram for that gauntlet is given to you by Trollololo after you bring him some paint. Novigrad's dream is part of the mian quest I suppose? Is it after I go talk to Triss?

Yeah, lvl 8 made it appear on the Scoia'tael camp. Got a 65 armor lvl 7 on my first time, lucky I guess :D It has a small quen bonus and a small protection against poison. And damn, does it look beautiful and sexy, haha!

Thing is, I already did the Woodland Beast quest. Does empty loot containers regain stuff after a while? I'm half-way to lvl 8, so I'm wondering if I'm still able to get it at the Elve's camps.

Oh, damn... I just started a thread asking the same thing AND in the wrong section. woops... Some people are claiming they've found it near the Ferry Station, but no luck here. I'm level 7 and it's a bummer if the loot is really level restricted.

Redanian Halberdier's Armor So I've come across two different posts on google mentioning one of the locations to get this medium armor is west of the Ferry Station, south-ish of Oxenfurt. I've searched several ? marks close to the Ferry, including several to the west, and could not find...

The same problem here, but randomly. I can play for 3 hours, 2 hours, 10 minutes... And it happens both in the inventory and in the missing brother quest when . I've managed to beat the quest, but that's kinda game breaking. I will try to change the FPS settings too.

What I've really liked in The Witcher 3 combat so far is that even some low level enemies like drowners (and apparently all the other enemies too) is that they don't seem to stagger forever after you land your first hit. You would have a guaranteed win with most mobs in the previous game if you...

Sorry if I'm late to the party and this has been demonstrated/answered already, but do we have two categories of dodging now? Steps and full rolls (which consume vigor)? If yes, that's really cool. How do you make a roll instead of a step for example? Double tap/click?

I had my maximum speed with Galaxy the whole duration of my download. I guess it just varies.

Do you remember back when Half Life 2 released? I think the game had its official release date in the U.S, so the game arrived one day "earlier" (at the same time) in Australia. People were mad in forums thinking the people in Oceania were having privileges and stuff xD.
