Have this problem. i7 GTX780. Thought it was a 60 fps breaking thing, but after i tested, the fps NEVER went below 60, clearly something else was wrong. Hyperthreading on/off. Pre rendered frames setting. Vsync on/off. 30/60/unlimited fps. And a ton more settings that didn't help. I need the...

I have this problem. Actually stoped playing the game. i7 gtx780. I have settings that gives me a constant 60 fps, NO dips! But still, the stutter is there, sadly.
