Well, PixelRick yesterday checked the corrupted save and his tool showed that it's corrupted in items node so I don't believe you can restore corrupted save files.
I took this file, loaded it, crafted 2 Ashura rifles, saved the game under a new slot, loaded this new one and there was no corrupt save file message - everything was loaded correctly. Are you sure it's reproducible via that save file?
Can you try to load those corrupted save game files in pixelrick's tool and see if it's loaded correctly/if you have any data structures missing compared to normal saves?
Well, it's not fully functional but the basics are already there. For example, you can change ammo amount if you find the correct item but not all data structures are mapped as of yet. It might be that items are also linked to let's say some quest structures and in such case removing item will...
You're welcome. I'd say your best bet is to use pixelrick's tool (https://github.com/PixelRick/CyberpunkSaveEditor) that allows you to decompress saves, save/load them and actually see all the structures stored in the file.
Omg, I'm on a contract White lady but I can't kill it because Igni doesn't do her any damage and Yrden doesn't trap her. WTF? How do I revert back to 1.04?
This was also true for Witcher 2, don't you remember? They also released a hell lot of patches to fix all bugs and performance issues. Game world was a lot smaller than in Witcher 3. As far as I remember, Witcher 3 world is 30 times bigger than one in Witcher 2. So you can also multiply all bugs...
Can you be more specific about the problem? It doesn't allow you to enter Save game section of the main menu or your saves are not created / blank / corrupted, etc
Yes but if you have minidumps or other type of crash dumps it will be a lot simpler to understand what's causing bugs, because debugger will show you the exact location of the problem (provided, you have source code and symbol files loaded)
