Patch 1.05 Any news what exactly will be fixed?

Gtx 970 stuttering on 60 fps Got quite high and stable fps > 55 - 60- 70 most of the time, however gameplay is not fluid and looks like I would have 25 fps. If I put cap at 40 fps looks actually smoother than 60. I have all on ultra, hair works off.
