Potential good news for those experiencing the exp bug!!!!!
So I was appear to be experiencing this. I did not get the 500 exp for finishing the Whoreson Junior quest but thought f*ck it I will carry on. Doing the, "Play's the thing quest". Currently been getting exp again.
