Pixelated hair on (almost) every character model
Same here. All hair seems to have some strange artifacts/noises. Some more than others. Specs: i7-6700k GTX 1070 High/Ultra Settings 1080p -

Some things need to be added/fixed/improved: NCPD AI; NPCs AI; Drive System; Lifepaths are meaningless; Walk button on PC; Karma System; Gangs. At the moment, they are all targets for you to drop bullets, all the same; And obviously, fix bugs... This would greatly improve the current state of... -
