Sorry for necroing this, but I have exaclty the same problem and googling around found this topic (no other so precise). Did you manage to fix that? Mine started after patch 1.2 but I don't know if it's because of that, since you had the problem on an older version. Thanks in advance!

Please, PLEASE, don't nerf the game capabilities because of the consoles. If it's needed, launch the game for the next Gen or at least a version non capped for the PC. I BEG YOU!
