    It's not about balance, it's about how NG are the anithisis of fun. They're literally designed around denying everything the opponent does unless you run Solider spam. In that case only half your deck can be dedicated to removal and locks vs the normal 3/4 of your deck being dedicated to it...

    I never said hidden cache was healthy for the game, clearly it isn't - not the way it currently is anyhow. Lockdown is a griefing commander ability that's not viable at all. It exists solely to deny the other player's ability to play the game. Color me crazy but that's a really, really stupid...

    Just buff the under used commander abilities via provision increase, provided they aren't oppressive or anti-fun by nature, like the NG "No leader abilities for you" one, stuff like that needs to stay not viable and bad because it's not healthy for the game.

    All I want to see at this point is the dev team consider that maybe they need to develop each faction equally per expansion and start taking away a few of the NG control tools/stop the abuse of re-using gold cards/leader abilities since they're causing balance issues with pre HC-style tempo plays.

    Because that's entirely irrelevant to Gwent and because I don't play TCGs for the same reason I don't play Warhammer 40k the table top game; they cost way, way, waaaaay too much money to get into competitively.
