4, 6, 7, 10. The NPCs in W3 improved the atmosphere and made some good jokes, but at the end of the day, I was still just questing. Completely fine, but it'd be cool if they did something new and gave me a reason to stop and pay attention once in a while.

1, 3, 8, 10. They all sound good. I just think it'd be interesting to see them do something other than try to kill you once in a while. As for #8 well, I just want to know if they can make that interesting.

1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 10. We're not talking about bosses, so I think it's silly to want a long time to kill for the average enemy. Attacking weak spots and using special weapon effects (like high dismemberment rate) should give you a big edge. I really don't want this to feel like the division.
