Hi, I played Witcher 3 alot on Xbox, but now I switched to PC and would like to start a NG+ with my Xbox savegame, because I did nearly everything and put so much time in this beautiful game. Is there a way to get everything I achieved on Xbox to PC?. Thanks Regards Sebastian
